By accessing or using the REST ERP website and services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, you should refrain from using our services.
REST ERP needs some data regarding your financial account and credit cards, while you use some services through the site, such as payments, discounts, gift cards, and purchase vouchers. Therefore, your entry of this data constitutes consent to share your financial information. This makes it easier for our partners to process financial transactions shared with your brand.
1. Your access to the Restrictions System is tied to the duration of your subscription.
2. The subscription to the REST ERP system is automatically renewed for a similar period. If you do not wish for automatic renewal, you must notify us through customer support channels or by accessing the subscription settings and selecting “Cancel Subscription” and deleting the bank card data before the end of the subscription period by a maximum of (5) business days.
3. REST ERP has the right to block your access to the system and the data stored on it immediately upon the expiration of your subscription period and your unwillingness to renew.
If you wish to request a refund for your subscription fee, please follow the steps outlined below:
1. Verify your eligibility to submit a refund request in accordance with the Subscription Refund Policy.
2. Submit your refund request by contacting the Customer Support Team via the designated channels or by going to the subscription settings page and selecting "Cancel Subscription."
3. Processing the refund request typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of submission, and the outcome will fall into one of the following categories:
* Request Denied: If the refund request does not meet the criteria, the Customer Support Team will notify you of the denial along with the reasons.
* Request Approved: If the refund request meets the criteria, the Customer Support Team will inform you of the approval, and the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days from the notification.
All intellectual property rights in the REST ERP system, services, and any related materials (including any content you submit or include) are the sole property of REST ERP. You may not reproduce or permit others to reproduce the services or any trademarks or other commercial names that appear in the system for any purpose.
REST provides its system and services "as-is" without any warranties, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, REST disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of content, and does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the services or results obtained by using the service.
In no event shall REST or its agents, licensors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, business interruptions, loss of business information, or any other financial losses arising directly or indirectly from accessing or using the services (or failing to do so).
Under no circumstances shall REST's liability for data retention exceed six months for trial subscriptions and two years for paid subscriptions. After this period, REST has the right to delete all data at its discretion.
1. If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable laws or by a court of law, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
2. If any provision is found to be void in specific circumstances according to standards of reasonableness and fairness, it shall be replaced with a provision that reflects the intent of the original provision, as closely as possible.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for maintaining the security and privacy of the services, and are responsible for any use of your account, username, password, or access credentials. You agree to notify ReST immediately if you become aware of any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your password, username, IP address, or other access methods.
